How i beat anorexia. After a few years of working out this is my progress. I finally reached my goal of benching 100Kg at the gym the other day. I started not being able to do 20Kg. I originally weighed 60Kg and 182cm (6'1) and now i am 87Kg. My goal weight is 92-95Kg and i hope to reach that in the next 18 months.
