So I was messing around on a new save, and went to Hyrule Castle. On the castle's exterior there was a chest covered by a stone slab I had to Stasis off. Inside was a Naydra's scale, and I hadn't saved Naydra yet. I immediately went up Mount Lanayru and dropped the scale in the spring, and sure enough the door to the shrine opened.Malice Naydra is Naydra, who has been corrupted by Malice.
